1. Purpose and scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales made on the website mypeptide.eu, operated by MyPeptide. The products offered are exclusively research peptides intended for scientific use in laboratories. All orders imply full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The peptides offered on mypeptide.eu are research products onlyThey are not intended for human or animal consumption, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic, or cosmetic use. Each product is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) attesting to a purity ≥99% by independent HPLC analysis (Janoshik Analytical laboratory).

3. Access and eligibility

Access to this site is restricted to adults (18 years or older) and scientific research professionals. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they possess the necessary qualifications and will use the products in accordance with the regulations in force in their country.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. MyPeptide reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Orders are processed at the price in effect at the time of validation. Payment is made via the secure methods available on the website.

5. Delivery

MyPeptide ships to countries within the European Union. Standard delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours. Products are shipped in discreet packaging designed to preserve freeze-dried peptides. MyPeptide cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs services.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose storage is incompatible with legal deadlines. Due to their nature (freeze-dried products sensitive to temperature), research peptides are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Responsibility

MyPeptide cannot be held responsible for the use of the products after delivery. The buyer is solely responsible for complying with local regulations regarding the import, possession, and use of research peptides. The products must under no circumstances be used on humans.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts.
