Le GHK-Cu 50mg(Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine Copper) is an endogenous tripeptide naturally present in human plasma, saliva, and urine. Discovered by Loren Pickart in 1973, it is one of the most studied copper peptides in the scientific literature for its tissue regeneration, gene modulation, and antioxidant protection properties.
Molecular mechanism of action
GHK-Cu acts via several molecular pathways: (1)copper chelation— the peptide-Cu²⁺ complex facilitates intracellular copper transport, an essential cofactor of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, ceruloplasmin); (2)fibroblast activation— stimulates the synthesis of collagen types I, III and IV, elastin and glycosaminoglycans; (3)epigenetic modulation— studies show the activation of more than 4,000 genes involved in tissue repair and the inhibition of pro-inflammatory genes.

Reconstitution and storage
